[RDD] /var/log/messages bloat

I have a bunch of messages popping up in my log file. Honestly, I am not certain how long this has been going on. I was running RD in "alsa mode" but am now running it in "jack mode". I am getting a bunch of caed messages during times of inactivity. BTW, my rd.conf is not setup for logging, except for rdcatch:

The script simply checks the status of rivendell and restarts it based on log conditions.

This is not a big deal, but it is sure making it more difficult to troubleshoot other things going on when the caed messages are really adding up. Any ideas?
