40 weeks today!

So today is Abigail’s official due date and I am soooo happy that she is already here! I really don’t think I could have made it this long! She is a very sweet little girl and I’m enjoying her so much more as an outside baby She still needs some work on sleeping at night… but we are both healthy and feeling better every day.

Here is a picture of our little family from Abby’s first Sunday going to church. She was 5 days old here.

Here is Josiah and Abby in their rocking chairs. Josiah loves his little chair so much that we picked one up for Abigail as he is NOT prepared to share. He rocked her very gently and they watched Veggie Tales together.

Xavier, Niles, and Patience love their new little cousin and everyone needed to be close to her at once. We’ll teach her to be tough! The boys were very good at holding her, rocking her, and Niles sang her some songs. Patience made her best attempt at poking her eyes out, but her Mom was too quick and stopped her.

Here is Abigail at 11 days old when her honorary Aunties came to visit. Good to see April and Janice. Hope to see Lori sometime soon

On Friday night we went to the Blades Faith Night hockey game. Abigail slept the whole time in the baby wrap and Josiah cheered “Go Riders”. After the game was a time to skate with the Blades so Robert and Josiah went and ran around on the ice for a while. Next time we’ll have to let him try skates! Here is Abigail waiting for the boys to finish skating.
