So here are some more pictures of Patience as requested by Joyce and Robin. Diane has been feeling great and she looks amazing already. I guess she just hasn’t made it downstairs to find her blog yet. Xavier and Niles are adjusting and this is their last week of daycare so I think next week will bring even bigger adjustments. They really like their sister and are quite pleased that Mommy listened to them and had a girl.

Saturday night was Chris Lock’s birthday and since his wife abandoned him and doesn’t love him any more (Diane made me promise to write that on the blog for you Shelley!) we made a birthday cake and had a party for him. Happy Birthday Chris!

Put this one in because she is so cute!

She’s not sure what she thinks about the swing yet. Actually she’s not sure about anything that involves not being held all of the time!

This is a picture of her very first princess dress from Grandma Waddell. She wore it to church yesterday and looked very pretty!

She even had ruffles on her bum for her Aunties!

Josiah is definitely a big boy now! He likes his new little cousin almost as much as the puppy on his sweater from Grandma Bell. It’s hard to compete with such a cool sweater. He carried it around the house all week making dog sounds. Thanks Grandma!

A little bit of a size difference!

Linaya is also being a very good big cousin. She is even gentle enough to hold the baby. What a big girl!

Very pretty!

She likes her Grandma!

Linaya decided to wrap up the dolly.

A tough girl outfit so she can keep up to her big brothers.

Patience and her Mommy!

Diane and Rob had a baby girl named Patience Feb 20th at 5:22pm. 8 pounds 2 ounces.
Here is a before picture that Diane will be mad at me for posting. Joyce and Robin, this whole post is for you!

First family picture. It was wacky hair day at daycare as you can tell.

Impressive hair. Such a nice color!

So today we took Josiah to the hospital and have eye surgery to open up his blocked tear ducts. It was a very minor surgery and he was only out of my sight for a little over half an hour, but I’m glad that it’s done. He has had blocked tear ducts since he was born (which is apparently a common thing for Orr babies). Usually this clears up after a couple months, but his didn’t. He’s had eye infections most of the time for the last 3 months so I’m excited that this is behind us. Hopefully this surgery is all he will need to fix the problem. He was only under general for about 10 minutes for a couple minute probing and that went well. When he woke up he deafened the recovery room nurses proving once again that there is nothing wrong with his lungs! There was something very reassuring about hearing him scream his head off after surgery!
That was a bit rambling, but we’ve been up since 4 am. Babies do not understand fasting
Even the fasting went better that expected, but still not too much fun.
I didn’t take any pictures today, but here are a couple funny ones when he discovered the scale! He’s now 25 pounds 10 ounces so these are a little out dated.

I won’t miss these sore red eyes!
